Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Lead the architecture and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement relevant technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
