Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FutureForge’s 2026 technology portfolio.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet customer needs in the AI and spatial computing sectors.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into actionable sprint plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of future product lines.
- Present product strategy and progress updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, agile development, and continuous learning within the product team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management, specifically within SaaS, AI, or emerging technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading zero-to-one product initiatives from ideation to successful market launch.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers and data scientists.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product management tools (Jira, Productboard).
- A forward-thinking mindset with a deep curiosity about where technology is heading in the next 3-5 years.
