Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Architect and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and robotic control systems for 2026-ready platforms.
- System Integration: Integrate AI algorithms with physical hardware to create seamless autonomous operations.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune neural networks for real-time performance, ensuring low-latency decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with software engineers, hardware specialists, and product managers to translate technical concepts into scalable solutions.
- Prototype Development: Build and test proof-of-concept prototypes for autonomous agents and intelligent assistants.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on robotics or embedded systems.
- Frameworks: Strong background in computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensor fusion (LiDAR, RGB-D), and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance under strict constraints.
