Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Vision: Own the end-to-end design strategy for Project 2026, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Spatial Interface Design: Create immersive, intuitive user interfaces for next-generation spatial computing platforms.
- User Research & Prototyping: Conduct deep-dive user studies to validate concepts and rapidly iterate on high-fidelity prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to translate technical requirements into beautiful, functional designs.
- Design System Governance: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure scalability and accessibility as we scale to 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; proficiency in prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Spatial/AI Experience: Experience with AR/VR design principles or AI-driven interface design is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
