Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for high-impact SaaS products from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on and optimize product experiences
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with mobile/web applications
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
