Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for our core products.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, specifically focusing on the strategic goals set for 2026.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and select emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with our long-term vision.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
