Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and cloud-native architectures tailored for high-performance computing.
- Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D departments to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the broader business objectives of Project 2026.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with international data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, undefined problems.
