Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the Project 2026 AI framework, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and conduct technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into the 2026 stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quantum computing libraries is a plus.
