Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across local and cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and perform system upgrades.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software solutions and applications.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to junior staff and end-users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar) are a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
