Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance and security standards.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to identify and fix bugs efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development (React, Node.js, or Python preferred).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
