Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain secure network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Lead cloud migration projects for Azure/AWS environments
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with proven incident resolution
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/PowerShell)
- CCNA or network administration certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
