About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise-level software solutions. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric features that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
