Job Description
We are on a mission to define the future of digital interaction. Project 2026 is our ambitious initiative to build the next generation of autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multimodal understanding. We are looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our elite team and architect the systems that will power the web of tomorrow.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning proprietary data, and building ethical AI infrastructures, this is the opportunity of a lifetime.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Generative AI models, focusing on LLMs and diffusion models.
- Lead the research and development of Project 2026 specific algorithms to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral) using techniques like LoRA and PEFT.
- Strong understanding of NLP pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
