Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business goals
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders program
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for budget allocation
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Global travel readiness (20% annually)
