- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through prototype development to MVP launch
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with market expansion goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for strategic positioning
- Present tech visions and progress to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data-driven decision-making and financial modeling skills
- Experience managing distributed global teams
