Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art LLM architectures and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and explainability through rigorous testing and evaluation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Extensive experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
