- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across 15+ product lines
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product architecture with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in future tech forecasting (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Strong proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, System Thinking)
- Experience with agile/DevOps in enterprise environments
- Certification in emerging tech (AWS/GCP/Azure Quantum preferred)
