Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Implement MLOps strategies for continuous integration, training, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to drive AI adoption.
- Evaluate model bias, accuracy, and robustness to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Research and experiment with novel architectures, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience fine-tuning pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and building RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and distributed data processing systems (Spark, Kafka).
