Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) using modern deep learning frameworks.
- Architect scalable and efficient inference pipelines to deploy models in production environments.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance through quantization, pruning, and distributed computing techniques.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to explore emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 technology horizon.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and state-of-the-art generative models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
