Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Production Deployment: Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable deployment of AI models to cloud infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and accuracy to meet real-time business requirements.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI research papers and integrate novel methodologies into our product stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core business applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Tools: Extensive experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
