Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, actionable engineering strategies.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native and edge computing environments.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, AR/VR) and evaluate their feasibility for adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks.
