Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable predictive models that drive core business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Lead the technical vision for AI infrastructure, focusing on longevity, adaptability, and ethical AI implementation.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate long-term business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for machine learning lifecycle management.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met across all AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of implementing NLP or Computer Vision solutions in high-stakes environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
