Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum machine learning models tailored for high-frequency trading and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and futurists to define the technical roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize existing algorithms for quantum processors and GPU clusters to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Implement robust security protocols for sensitive data processing in decentralized networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of global advancements in AI and quantum physics to integrate emerging technologies into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and System Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
