- Partner with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market translation of breakthrough innovations
- Design ethical impact assessments for next-gen AI and biotech applications
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate-tech convergence
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product innovation strategy
