Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI research, ensuring alignment with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into scalable production pipelines.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, safety, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Federated Learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning research, development, and production deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering breakthrough products.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
