Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven recommendations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab of 15+ specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level strategic planning and financial acumen
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
