Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
