Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and trends to assess their potential impact on the business and industry by 2026.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the exploration and integration of futuristic technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and advanced robotics.
- Conduct research and produce insightful reports, whitepapers, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders, academic institutions, and innovation hubs.
- Advise senior leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of at least two of the following: AI, machine learning, quantum computing, biotechnology, or advanced materials science.
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals is a plus.
