Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in futures methodology (Delphi, scenario planning, SWOT 2.0)
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and data visualization tools
- Track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM Q)
- Experience with UN SDG technology frameworks
