Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term roadmap planning
- Chair quarterly Future Councils with industry leaders to co-create innovation roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable business intelligence
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects driving organizational change
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
