Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company’s 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Computing, etc.) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-proof technologies into current product lines.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with long-term business objectives.
- Establish a robust innovation pipeline and manage a portfolio of strategic R&D projects.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risk and seize opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and diverse engineering teams.
