Job Description
The Opportunity
Welcome to Project 2026. We are not just building software; we are architecting the future of human-machine collaboration. Nexus Future Technologies is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our next-generation generative intelligence framework. If you thrive in ambiguity and possess an insatiable curiosity for what lies beyond the current technological horizon, this is your stage.
The Role
As the Lead AI Architect for Project 2026, you will define the technical DNA of our flagship product. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade infrastructure, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, ethical, and exponentially more capable than anything currently on the market.
Why Join Us?
* Work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure that will define the decade.
* Competitive equity package and performance bonuses.
* Top-tier benefits and a fully remote-first culture (with a hub in San Francisco).
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Neural Networks: Design and implement robust deep learning architectures capable of processing exascale data with zero-latency inference.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, making pivotal decisions on model selection, hardware acceleration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage in all models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with quantum computing researchers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable features.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research Background: Strong understanding of Transformer models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, undefined problems in novel ways.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
