Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal drivers to forecast 2026 digital landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for Board-level review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech architecture
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
