Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders on emerging tech disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward concepts into development pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement AI-driven trend prediction systems for real-time market adaptation
- Represent the company at global conferences and publish thought leadership in futurism
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published work in futurism or technology disruption (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
