- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to align future vision with product development pipelines
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into tangible business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
