Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready future trend reports and disruption assessments quarterly
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (e.g., TEDx, industry journals)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate venturing functions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Trend Mapping)
