Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to conceptualize future products and services
- Analyze global disruptors (tech, regulatory, societal) and prepare adaptive strategies
- Present future-state roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish foresight frameworks to continuously update strategic priorities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-state strategies with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
