Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Present executive-level briefings on future scenarios and implications
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term research with market opportunities
- Build scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic shifts
- Establish partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Measure and report on strategic foresight KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Executive presentation and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
