Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into scalable business models
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic factors impacting long-term strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Oversee the implementation of pilot projects validating future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
