- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Produce white papers and executive briefings quantifying emerging market opportunities
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Represent the firm at global forums on sustainable development and ethical AI governance
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantitative modeling (Bayesian networks, agent-based simulations)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business media
