Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for high-impact projects targeting the 2026 release cycles.
- Define and execute the technical vision for emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to accelerate product development and market entry.
- Drive the technical strategy for our transition to next-gen web architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and adopting new tech stacks.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong ability to forecast industry trends and apply them to long-term business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
