Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle for the 2026 platform, translating business goals into intuitive user interfaces.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our long-term roadmap and user-centric values.
- Research & Iteration: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and solve complex problems using design thinking methodologies.
- System Building: Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and accelerate the development workflow.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence within the design team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with proficiency in prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills, user research insights, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
