Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to produce actionable 2026-2030 strategic foresight reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Develop scenario-based models for societal impacts of autonomous systems and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech startup environments
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong background in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
