Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the high-level technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- System Design: Design complex distributed neural networks and machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate theoretical research into deployable production-grade code.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization to meet rigorous performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Staff Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of developing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncharted technical territories.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
