Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring they are quantum-ready.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize software algorithms for next-gen quantum processors and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data security, ethical AI implementation, and distributed computing in a decentralized network.
- Mentor junior developers and define technical standards for the engineering department to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and large-scale neural networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ and extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, tensor calculus, and quantum gate operations.
