Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future market conditions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging innovation patterns
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proofing priorities
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in reputable journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend mapping tools
