Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Translate emerging tech capabilities into scalable business opportunities across verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to align innovation investments with market evolution
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and their competitive implications
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) to accelerate R&D
- Design scenario-planning models for technological singularity impacts on global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proven track record of translating future trends into $10M+ business initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
