Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce predictive models using proprietary simulation tools
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
