Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' mapping disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 digital transformation
- Lead workshops on emerging tech adoption (Web4, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-focused initiatives implemented
