Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience and adaptation
- Author seminal thought leadership published in MIT Tech Review and Harvard Business Review
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley incubator
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global stakeholder engagement
